The Application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the Service. Safeguarding your device and access to the Application is your responsibility. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as doing so may expose it to security risks and prevent the Application from functioning properly.

Some Application functions require an active internet connection via Wi-Fi or your mobile provider. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application fails to operate fully due to connectivity issues or exhausted data allowances.

Using the Application outside Wi-Fi may incur charges from your mobile provider, including roaming fees. You are responsible for these costs and for ensuring you have the bill payer's permission when applicable.

Keeping your device charged and operational is your responsibility. The Service Provider is not liable if a drained battery or device issue prevents access to the Application.

While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application accurate and up to date, some information comes from third parties. The Service Provider assumes no liability for direct or indirect losses resulting from reliance on Application functionality.

Operating system requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee perpetual relevance or compatibility but you agree to accept offered updates.

The Service Provider may stop providing the Application without notice. Upon termination, your rights under these terms end and you must cease using and, if necessary, delete the Application.
